Aisha Scott is the owner and founder of Time to Impact 365 Consulting and focuses on educating corporate leaders how to define their professional identities to make an IMPACT in their personal lives and professional careers. Aisha is a certified DEI professional, Training Instructor, ICF Life Coach, MBTI practitioner and HR professional whom holds a Masters of Science degree in Psychology focused in Industrial/Organizational Development. She is also an Executive Leadership Coach with Towson University’s Dr. Nancy Gramick Leadership Institute and an adjunct lecturer for the Community College of Baltimore County specializing in continuing education for law enforcement and government officials related to leadership, DEI, and HR practices. Her engaging facilitation style has placed her in front of organizations such as Georgetown University, Bank of America, the United States Army Core of Engineers, the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, the Maryland Police & Correctional Commission, and the Golden Key International Honor Society. She is also a member of the American Business Women’s Association, the International Coaching Federation, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
