The launch of the Howard County Chamber Foundation marks a milestone moment for our organization. The Foundation will allow us to expand educational programs, advance workforce development, and deepen community partnerships. Over the next three years, we will build the structure, leadership, and mission needed to ensure the Foundation’s long-term success and meaningful community impact. -
Membership Recruitment, Retention, and Engagement
Our members are the core of our strength. We are redefining how we attract, connect, and support businesses of all sizes by expanding outreach efforts, increasing visibility, and creating more opportunities to engage. This priority is focused on strengthening member relationships, enhancing the value of membership, and cultivating a more inclusive, connected Chamber community. -
Organizational Excellence
To serve our business community effectively, the Chamber must continue striving for excellence. We will pursue national accreditation, adopt best-in-class governance practices, and modernize operations. We are elevating how we tell our story.
