Natalie Domond is the founder and CEO of Tipa Revolution, a leadership and personal development practice that helps women—from executives to emerging leaders—strengthen self-trust and build meaningful impact through values-aligned, intentional steps. Rooted in Haitian wisdom, her work supports women navigating growth, transition, and complexity without losing connection to who they are.
A certified leadership and somatic coach, facilitator, and speaker, Natalie brings more than twenty years of experience across finance, technology, and social impact. She has partnered with Fortune 10 companies, leading private equity firms, and global enterprises, supporting more than a thousand leaders through transformative 1:1 and group coaching experiences.
Having navigated the tension between ambition and alignment herself, as a leader and a mother to two young daughters, she understands the pull to pursue success at the expense of oneself, and the work of building a life that feels rooted in your deepest values.
Inspired by these experiences and those of her clients, she recently launched the Tipa Revolution podcast to expand her work beyond organizations and into a growing community of women committed to building lives and leadership styles that feels aligned, grounded, and wholly their own—one intentional step at a time.
