Christina King is a leadership coach, licensed psychotherapist, and the founder of Secure Leadership — a relational framework that helps leaders develop internal security, emotional clarity, and grounded influence.
With over 16 years of experience in psychology and long-standing leadership roles within the mental health space, Christina brings deep expertise in relational systems, nervous system regulation, and human behavior. Her work is grounded in the understanding that leadership is fundamentally relational — and that the way leaders have learned to relate to themselves over a lifetime shapes how they lead today.
Christina helps leaders recognize and reorganize the learned patterns they bring into leadership, moving from fear-based, problem-driven reactions toward secure, intentional, and generative ways of leading. Known for her directness, warmth, and clear-eyed compassion, she supports leaders in doing the real internal work that creates lasting change — without bypassing complexity or responsibility.
Alongside her coaching and consulting practice, Christina founded and served as executive director of a nonprofi t organization focused on mental fi tness and community-wide access to care. She also hosted a fi ve-year public health symposium on the developing brain, Changing Brains, Changing Lives. Today, Christina partners with leaders and organizations across sectors to build cultures of clarity, accountability, secure belonging, and sustainable performance.
