Wow! This year has flown by so far, and it’s all thanks to our members coming out to our events and having a great time with us.
On July 30th, we had a fantastic evening at our Summer Social event! Members filled the back room at Frisco & The Reckless Shepherd, mingling and enjoying each other’s company. The fun continued outside on the patio, where guests played fun games like cornhole and enjoyed the fresh air. We had delicious food and drinks, including a signature cocktail made specially for our event, with a beautiful blue coloring to match our logo! After a hearty meal of summer classics like wings, pizza, and dips, guests enjoyed a nostalgic throwback for dessert: an ice cream sundae bar with all the classic toppings. This annual event is one of our favorites, so be sure to join us next time if you couldn’t make it this year.
Our next big event is our Signature Event; each year, we choose a different theme with the help of our planning committee, and this year’s theme is “Cowboys & Couture.” This is our gala for the year, so we highly encourage dressing to the theme. At this Western-inspired event, we are excited to enjoy live music, themed refreshments, and a lively bull-riding competition! (Don’t worry, it’s only a mechanical bull, and it’s optional.) As usual, you can expect incredible networking, good times with both old and new connections, and an unforgettable evening. The event is September 25th from 6 – 9 pm at The Maryland Jockey Club.
Here’s the best part: We’re offering a unique opportunity to showcase your company with an item that you can take home to keep and wear, long after the event is over.
