Kristi Simon is a seasoned chamber professional with almost 20 years of experience supporting businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations. Kristi is passionate about helping businesses and communities thrive through advocacy, strategic partnerships, and leadership development.

She is actively involved in civic and charitable initiatives throughout Central Maryland and serves on several local and state advisory boards.

Kristi holds a degree in English from McDaniel College and is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management (IOM).

When she’s not advocating for Howard County’s business community, Kristi enjoys traveling, spending time on the water, and making memories with family, friends, and her pets.
