Viktoriya Selden is dedicated to helping neurodivergent individuals thrive at work by uncovering their unique strengths, addressing challenges, and developing strategies for success. Through her private practice, she guides clients in identifying fulfilling careers, supportive environments, and effective self-advocacy tools. With nearly 20 years of experience, Viktoriya also collaborates with organizations and employers to foster understanding of neurodiversity and promote inclusive workplace practices. Viktoriya holds a Master’s degree in Vocational Evaluation and is an internationally certified vocational evaluator (ICVE), a certified master of career services (CMCS), and a global career development facilitator (GCDF).
