With over 15 years of experience spanning public, private, and non-profit sectors, Kelley seamlessly blends her deep understanding of organizational complexity with transformational leadership coaching. Her expertise includes business strategy, talent development, succession planning, and curriculum design, empowering leaders to navigate challenges and maximize their potential.
As a certified leadership coach, Kelley specializes in helping clients embrace and manage polarities—seemingly opposing forces that, when balanced, drive innovation, resilience, and growth. Her signature approach combines warmth, empathy, and a proven three-step process to equip leaders with the tools to thrive in ambiguity and complexity.
Kelley is pursuing her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through Georgetown University’s prestigious Institute for Transformational Leadership. She holds a B.A. and M.S. in International Affairs from Florida State University, where her studies included a year abroad, immersing herself in new cultures and learning Spanish.
Beyond her professional life, Kelley is a lifelong learner with a passion for books, travel, music (Dean Lewis is a favorite!), and fitness through CrossFit. Her most cherished role is being a mom, and her love for people shines through in every interaction she has with clients and colleagues alike.
