Jessica Harrington, MPA, is a relational, values-based leadership educator. She is currently the Director for Scholar and Alumni Leadership Development for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Health Policy Research Scholars Program at the Bloomberg School of Public Health. Throughout her 15 years in higher education, she has been dedicated to nurturing graduate students’ leadership skills and identities while providing tools for persisting and thriving in their degree programs and beyond.
When she is not teaching classes or facilitating workshops, Jessica supports organizations and clients through her LLC, Powerful Pieces Coaching and Consulting. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys books, gardening, visiting art museums, and seeking beauty in every moment.
