He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Metropol-Tech consulting Inc, a Maryland based certified MBE/SBE company which specializes in IT training, consulting, and staffing/placements. MTCI has trained over 800 students in numerous IT disciplines (Oracle DBA, Cyber Security, Agile Project Management, AWS cloud computing, IBM Guardium Data Security ) since inception and over 60% of our students are gainfully currently employed.
Didian is an Information Technology Consultant with over 16 years of technical hands-on experience. He started out as Oracle Database Administrator during which he consulted for several Federal agencies including the United States Department of Commerce and the United States Department Environment. Didian has spent the last 8 years working as a Data security architect for several organization including Wells Fargo Bank, Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, Bank of America, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna HealthCare , IBM, VISA and where he focuses on the implementation of IBM Guardium
