Anil Tailor

Mr. Tailor leads the Cyber & SIGINT Solutions (CSS) organization located in Columbia, MD. He is responsible for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of a $540M business serving the National Security Agency, USCYBERCOM, Service Cyber Components, the IC, and the DoD. The CSS Operation delivers world-class SIGINT and Cyber services and solutions to include research, prototyping, development, integration, training, deployment, operations and sustainment in support of IC and DoD customers.

Mr. Tailor retired from federal service at the National Security Agency after a 35-year federal career. He began in 1986 as a summer intern with the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Arlington, VA. He also had multiple assignments as a navy civilian in Washington DC, Charleston, SC, and San Diego, CA. Mr. Tailor joined the National Security Agency in 2002.

Mr. Tailor held multiple leadership assignments across most NSA directorates. His last position at NSA was the Chief Operations Officer for the National Cyber Security Operations Center. Previous positions included the Vice Chair, National SIGINT Committee (SIGCOM); Portfolio Chief, Collection Exploitation and Cryptanalysis Operations; SIGINT Analysis and Production Directorate Resource Manager; Chief of the Ground Integration and Architecture Group; Head of the Technology Directorate Enterprise Footprint Activity; Deputy Group Chief for Enterprise IT Development; Afghanistan/Pakistan Mission Management Team Program Manager for the Afghanistan Remote Operations Cryptologic Center; Cyber Operations Director for Special Source Operations; Member of the 2008 NSA Presidential Transition Team; and Deputy Chief, Infrastructure Engineering Office.
