The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development contacted the Chamber this week to let us know that they are trying to expand their vendor contacts, and are specifically interested in making you, our GovConnects members, aware of their government contact opportunities. The Department is asking any interested vendors to register online here.

Howard Technology Council Offering HOCO CISO Program

The Howard Technology Council has launched a Chief Information Security Officer “In-Residence” program known as “HOCO CISO” at the Maryland Center for Entrepreneurship. The program is designed to address the needs of residents of the MCE and more than 200 member companies that are part of the Tech Council, but don’t have their own Chief Security or Privacy Officer.
