What is the Format and Structure?
Members participate in a 3-hour board meeting once a month under the leadership of a certified trainer. Approximately 20 percent of the meeting will be board discussion on a common topic of interest impacting business owners at that time. The remaining meeting time will be for all members to present challenges, opportunities and topics for peer advice and feedback. A member spotlight will be held when a member is in need of an in-depth review. Each board member will prepare a monthly report in advance of the meeting.
How Will You and Your Business Benefit?
▪ You will get the help you need to redefine your role in your company and develop your vision.
▪ You will get advice from fellow Board Members and your Certified TAB Facilitator™ that can only come from people who understand your situation ... because they've been there.
▪ You'll get help, month after month, to make the decisions necessary to lead your company to where you want it to be.
▪ Your fellow Board Members will open your eyes to new alternatives and opportunities available to your organization. You will find out what you don’t know you don’t know.
